How to Foster
Short or Long Term
Our organization cannot save lives without our fosters! We rely on volunteers to open their homes to our rescued animals. While we deeply appreciate all of the time, money, and energy our fosters contribute to SARR, our goal is to make fostering accessible to everyone. If you're near our areas of operation (Santa Cruz and Riverside, CA) please don't hesitate to apply.
How to Adopt

Our goal is to rescue the most urgent and in-need animals in our local streets and shelters. If we don't have the perfect fit currently listed, our network of rescues and partners can likely assist, and you will be saving a life.
